ABOUT PENNY:

Being a Native to Modesto, CA I have seen our community change a lot over the years. I started working as a teenager and have always believed in working diligently at whatever I do. I’ve been actively working in the Real Estate Industry over 20 years and I have been a top producer for more than 10 years and recently qualified for the Presidents Club, which is a very elite club I’m proud to be a part of.

My reputation is very important to me and is how I have built my business with Integrity. I really care about my clients and desire them to have a positive experience each time they buy or refinance, I will always be there to help them. Developing strong relationships is the foundation of everything I do, both professionally and personally. My philosophy is to listen to my clients and be their loan consultant for life.

Not only have I enjoyed working most of my life, but I’ve been married to my awesome Husband for many years.  We have 3 children, 2 daughter in-laws and 3 grandchildren together.  Family is my reason for striving for success.
