ABOUT MARY:

I have been in the mortgage industry since 1981.  Throughout the years I have always prided myself in having my clients best interest at heart.  My specialty has been not only first-time homebuyers but investors and move-up buyers as well. 

Even though I was born and raised in Modesto, my client base includes Modesto, the surrounding areas as well as the East Bay, Walnut Creek.  The last several years I have been pleased to work with agents and homebuyers in the beautiful Rossmoor Senior Living area of Walnut Creek specializing in co-op financing. 

Being a loan officer in the Mortgage Business for so many years it was only natural that one of my two children would follow me down this path.  I am very proud to partner with my son Vince Niles as well as my wonderful daughter in law Samantha Niles, to form the best team to assist you with all your mortgage needs.
