ABOUT KEVIN:

I am a born and raised Riponite. After my college days at Fresno State (Go Dogs), I came back to Ripon with my wife. We were able to raise our 2 kids here – love that they are valley kids like we are!!

I have been a part of Ability Ambeck Mortgage for 17 years, taking over as owner / branch manager 15 years ago. The best part is that we get to serve our clients and business partners with 5 offices in Ripon, Modesto, Oakdale and Turlock.

I truly believe in giving back to our communities.  In Ripon, I have been blessed to be a part of many great charitable groups including the Ripon Community Fund and Hall of Fame member of the Ripon Quarterback Club and past member of the Ripon Chamber, Ripon Sea Lions and also a member of the Ripon Planning Commission.  I have also been very involved at Spring Creek Golf and Country Club – being on the board and a Past President. 

As a loan officer, my team and I strive for unequaled customer service during the home buying or refinance process.  It is an incredible honor to be able to assist our clients as well as work with our business partners.  I appreciate the opportunity to assist you with this process!
