ABOUT JOANNE:

I have been in the mortgage lending field since 1985 with 4 years prior experience in consumer lending. I have always prided myself on honesty and integrity with my clients, leading them through the mortgage process step by step. The entire home buying experience can be very overwhelming, so I try to make it as seamless as possible. I help buyers obtain their dream of homeownership whether they are buying for the first time, moving up in a home, buying a second home or investing in rental property.

I strive to simplify the process and put people into homeownership!

I was born and raised in Turlock graduating from Turlock High School, the same high school my parents graduated from. I love living, working and being active in my hometown. During my career I have always been very involved with our local CVAR Turlock Council and various committees and events over the years. Since 1986 I have served on Turlock Realtor’s Christmas CanTree committee raising money to purchase food for the Christmas baskets given to families in need.

My husband Rick and I married in 1980. Never having children of our own, our niece Lauren lived with us for 7 years during her teen years. Now we have a great niece aka granddaughter Paisley.
